I was delighted to receive a personal welcome card in my room when I checked into the Knightsbridge Hotel at 10 Beaufort Gardens - a beautiful tree lined street in Knightsbridge, London.
The welcome note was handwritten on a beautiful card reflecting the care and attention the guests received while staying at the hotel.
Many hotels do provide a welcome either via the TV in the guest room or a typed letter - the Knightsbridge approach is to be commended.
