Your reputation rests on the foundations you lay as a trustworthy person and as a source of expertise and experience in your field – but do you know that it’s our soft skills that control what we are signalling? Think about how you enter a room or introduce yourself. What does that say about you? What are you communicating about your brand without even saying a word?

In Part III, we look at how personal brand insights and tools can be implemented to help advance your career. At the Sydney School of Protocol we teach a planning tool called The Strategy House, which we also use ourselves and encourage you to try.

Throughout each year, our lives are embellished with gatherings with family, friends, work colleagues and strangers. From birthdays to weddings and life celebrations, to holidays, sporting events and travel, it is helpful to be aware of the well-established principles of etiquette.
