She is passionate about education, professional and personal development and her qualifications include a Bachelor of Economics; Graduate Diploma in Education; Diploma of Vocational Education and Training; Diploma of Training Design and Development; Diploma in Management, Graduate Certificate in Asian Studies; Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; Certificate IV TESOL.
Leslie is a Senior Partner with Yates and Partners, Bangkok, and consults for a variety of organisations including 5 star international hotels and airlines in Australia, Asia and the Middle East.
She specialises in service design, and leadership, in designing and developing learning and resources, recognition strategies and assessment practices, program facilitation, coaching and mentoring. Leslie is especially sought after in challenging multicultural environments where adult language, literacy and numeracy considerations, management strategies for complex group dynamics, and varying regulatory requirements need to be addressed.
Leslie’s expertise is also in developing brand signatures, from service standards to process and training delivery, which enhance the customer experience. As Director of Villa M, Koh Samui, Thailand, she manages the marketing, hospitality and guest service training.
